Products are sold according to the selected model, finish, width and notes. Final dimensions, wall conditions and installation requirements are confirmed before payment completion.

Delivery instructions
Delivery access must be clear. Please confirm elevator size, stairs, floor number and receiving contact. Wall fixing, plumbing and electrical changes are separate from product delivery unless agreed before order confirmation.
Customization
Each product page shows only the available finish and surface options for that product. Custom requests outside those options can be reviewed manually.
Payments
Checkout supports order confirmation requests and optional online payment when Paymob is enabled from the admin panel.
